We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The apartment we stayed in was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The well-appointed kitchen and private balcony were a nice touch, especially for us smokers. The staff were efficient, polite, and friendly during the check-in process, even though we didn't see them again for the rest of our stay. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the Nepean Hospital and within walking distance to restaurants and other attractions. The free Wi-Fi and designated parking in the secure garage were added bonuses. The apartment was immaculately clean and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The staff were amazing, helpful, and accommodating. They were really nice too make our stay comfortable. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, with modern furniture and amenities. The staff even provided a portable cot and high chair for our infant. The complementary bottles of wine were a nice gesture.
